The low-speed freezing centrifuge should be placed horizontally, more than 10 cm away from the wall, and keep a good ventilation environment, free from direct irradiation by heat sources and sunlight, and the room temperature should not exceed 30 ℃, otherwise the cooling effect will be affected. When the external humidity is high, the moisture in the low-speed freezing centrifuge cavity volatilizes slowly, and should be removed in time to prevent the instrument from rusting. When centrifuging the sample tube just taken out from the water temperature box, always observe whether there is water in the centrifuge cup and dump it in time to keep the balance between drying and centrifugation of the centrifuge cup.

To prevent the sealing ring from aging, rubber sealing ring is provided at the contact position between the upper part of the inner cavity of the low-speed freezing centrifuge and the cover door. With the extension of the service time, it is necessary to observe whether there is deformation frequently to prevent external heat from seeping into the human body, so that the cooling effect is poor and the detection result is affected.

Proper Use of Low Speed Frozen Centrifuge

Set the temperature correctly. When setting the temperature, the upper limit setting value must be too much as the lower limit setting temperature value, or the lower limit setting temperature will be 2 ℃ lower than the upper limit setting temperature.

Set the speed correctly. When setting the rotational speed, the rotational speed setting must not exceed the rotational speed in order to ensure the safe operation of the instrument.
